Rarities Champion Bluegrass Boomerang of Chandrea, CGC
This is a most handsome dark red merle son of CH Patchwork's Fancy Bluegrass x CH Cowtown's Rodeo of Patchwork, bred by Lynn Gray at Bluegrass Kennels. This young man is a wonderful example of breed type with all the attitude and characteristics we search for. He is brave, tenacious, biddable, incredibly intelligent and athletic. In very limited showing he has completed his Rarities Championship and his IABCA JR Championship with 3 Winner's Dog, a Group 2, a BOBP and a Herding Group 2 Puppy.
'Krash' came to us at 7 months old and I tried really hard to find a short, dignified call name for him. He goes through life full speed ahead in everything he does - 'Krash' just suits him. It is a good thing he is graceful, athletic and so very willing to please. If you have dogs you must have a sense of humor - this boy makes me smile on a daily basis.
You may contact Cheryl or Lynn Gray for more information about this special young man.
Boomerang is standing at Chandrea Farms or Bluegrass Kennels to approved bitches.
At Nationals 2007 in Texas, Krash took 2nd in the Open Dog class. Quite an accomplishment for a very young dog up against very stiff competition. He also proved his personality in the Junior ring, taking a First with Maddie who had not shown before. His willingness to do anything asked of him was wonderful to watch. He just loves everyone. What a good boy!
November 1, 2007 - Boomerang's first litter is on the ground! He was bred to Watermark Stand Counted, 'Wanda', our small standard bitch. The puppies were lovely with great substance. It is going to be fun watching them grow up.
This lovely little black tri girl, 'Roxie' is going to Beargrass Kennels in Montana, after her show debut in Enumclaw, Washington in February. How exciting!
